Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level-2 and 3 technical support for infrastructures

Requirements:
• 5+ years of technical support experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Active Directory
• Strong analytical and scripting skills in Power Shell
• Ability to manage projects and train clients effectively
• Valid driver’s license for potential travel
