Become a Systems Administrator at Sask Abilities in a full-time capacity, delivering high-performance tech solutions and optimizing enterprise systems through strategic planning and security measures.
In this role, you will handle technical design and implementation for the Provincial Resource Centre. Your responsibilities will include configuring systems, managing user accounts, and developing innovative software solutions. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining cloud security and monitoring overall data center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure optimal performance tuning for enterprise systems
• Evaluate daily technology operations and monitor system performance
• Develop implementation plans and custom scripts for applications
• Manage user accounts and maintain server software installations
• Create procedures for security and system optimization
Requirements:
• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Server administration certification as an asset
• Experience with programming languages and operating systems
• Knowledge of hybrid environments and backup procedures
• Effective oral communication and customer service experience
