Take the lead as an Onboarding Engineer at Barracuda Networks, specializing in security software implementations. Utilize your expertise to support customer success with innovative solutions and mentorship.
As part of the Customer Success Team, you will be instrumental in delivering security solutions and leading technical engagements. This role involves collaboration with sales and product teams to maximize customer satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your extensive knowledge of security implementations and network architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement security product integrations and solutions
• Spearhead onboarding and Qualified Services engagements
• Design solutions for scalable customer support
• Perform technical assessments and health checks
• Develop self-service content and comprehensive playbooks
Requirements:
• 3+ years in security software implementation
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Leadership and mentorship experience
• Knowledge of email security and networking designs
• Excellent communication skills with KPI knowledge
