Position: Information Security Team Lead at FCT

This role at FCT is essential for enhancing our security operations and incident management. You will lead a team in driving day-to-day SOC functions, responding to high-severity incidents, and ensuring our detection capabilities align with evolving threats. Your proactive approach will be critical in maintaining our security standards across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of the SOC and incident escalations

• Enhance detection capabilities for inline alerts

• Assess and adapt to threat intelligence effectively

• Define logging standards for security effectiveness

• Optimize security technologies for investigative efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years in Security Operations

• Experience leading SOC teams and incident response

• Familiarity with hybrid security environments including Azure

• Ability to analyze security monitoring tools

• Senior security certifications or commitment to acquiring them
