This position calls for an individual with 1-2 years of relevant experience to assist users facing technical difficulties with their systems. You will be responsible for researching solutions, advising users, maintaining a detailed problems log, and contributing to application redesigns.
Your role includes setting up equipment and providing comprehensive network support.
