Lead transformative SAP Fieldglass initiatives at Accenture and drive client success through expert deployment. Your deep knowledge in Contingent Workforce Management will play a crucial role in this position.
As a SAP Fieldglass Transformation Lead, you will use your five-plus years of SAP Fieldglass expertise to empower clients with strategic deployment programs. Your responsibilities include conducting independent workshops and managing multiple work streams to deliver tailored solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure impactful configurations that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Launch SAP Fieldglass transformation programs
• Independently deliver insightful client workshops
• Guide the design and build of effective Fieldglass deployment
• Manage cross-functional and technical workstream interactions
• Cultivate strong client relationships
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of SAP Fieldglass experience
• 3+ years in Software Development Lifecycle
• 1+ year in a leadership role
• 2 SAP Fieldglass implementations completed
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
