In this role, you will independently manage moderate to complex IT initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include gathering and documenting business requirements, ensuring they align with technological solutions. Your analytical skills will help identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, directly contributing to the maturity of IT governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document business, functional, and technical requirements
• Facilitate sessions to gather stakeholder feedback
• Support UAT and manage defect tracking
• Create process maps and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with developers and project managers for alignment
Requirements:
• Diploma in Information Systems or related
• 3+ years in analysis within IT environments
• Strong experience with documentation processes
• ERP systems experience preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail in documentation
