SummaryTitle:
Business Analyst / Project Manager. We are seeking a tech‑savvy Business Analyst / Project Manager with ~5 years of hands‑on experience leading Sales initiatives and systems implementations. The ideal candidate translates business needs into practical technology solutions with a strong focus on scalable, user‑centric systems that enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Communication & Presentation:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences, comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels. - Business Analysis Expertise:
Demonstrated ability to lead business‑critical initiatives from discovery through delivery, skilled in conducting thorough business analysis and driving collaborative decision‑making, proven track record of delivering business value in rapid‑paced environments. - Cross‑Functional Partnership:
Acted as a key business partner across all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements elicitation and documentation, business requirement analysis and validation, stakeholder feedback sessions, impact analysis and risk identification, UAT coordination and execution, sprint demos and agile ceremonies, change readiness, training, and go‑live support, troubleshooting user‑reported issues with minimal disruption and long‑term fixes in mind. - Stakeholder Management:
Successfully partnered with diverse stakeholder groups, strong ability to secure alignment and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. - Process Mapping, Optimization & Problem Solving:
Skilled in mapping and analyzing as‑is and to‑be business processes, ability to distinguish between core business needs, stakeholder desires, and system constraints, analytical thinker with strong root‑cause analysis capability, focused on addressing systemic process inefficiencies. - Additional Requirements:
Willingness to take on additional tasks as assigned by the Apple Manager or team lead, demonstrates flexibility, ownership, and proactive problem‑solving. - Salesforce Experience (preferred):
Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, dashboard configuration. - Tools:
Experience using Miro, Box, and similar collaboration/process‑mapping tools.
