Position: IT Supervisor for Technology Services
Act as a pivotal Technology Services Supervisor in Manitoba, directing the supervision and operations of support technicians. Focus on quality service and operational planning.

This role, reporting to the Manager, Technology Services, requires an experienced IT professional with at least six years in information systems and one-year supervisory experience. The supervisor will mentor technicians, allocate resources effectively, and drive adherence to policy and compliance standards in all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily performance and operations of support staff

• Conduct employee evaluations and team mentorship

• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and safety regulations

• Supervise audits and manage recommendations for improvement

• Plan and prioritize operational tasks effectively

Requirements:

• Recognized degree or diploma in IT or a related field

• Six years or more in relevant information systems roles

• Leadership experience of a minimum of one year

• Proficiency in ITIL management processes

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
