Bird is seeking a skilled Service Now ITSM Expert to manage and enhance our platform, optimizing IT service delivery in a flexible work setting. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure top-notch operational efficiency.
As part of our team, you will oversee the configuration and administration of our Service Now platform, collaborating with both Level One and Level Two analysts. You will perform regular maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to enhance user experience and service effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Service Now configurations and workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements
• Provide user support and training on the platform
• Maintain configuration management database (CMDB) effectively
• Conduct assessments to ensure compliance with ITIL practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
• Proven experience in Service Now administration
• Knowledge of ITIL and service management processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Service Desk experience preferred
