As a key player, you will drive improvements in conversion for Money Mart's digital platforms through expert design work. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, designing UI flows that are responsive, and automating design processes. Mastery of Figma is necessary for contributing effectively to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research and map user experiences
• Create responsive UI flows for both mobile and web platforms
• Implement automation for improved design processes
• Support the design system to ensure consistency
• Document design reasoning and assist in handoffs
Requirements:
• Degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction
• 3-5 years of responsive digital design experience
• Proficient in Figma, Miro, and Microsoft Office 365
• Knowledge of design systems, such as Zero Height
• Familiarity with accessibility standards
