• Ensure operational efficiency of Klinic’s technology infrastructure

• Provide front-line technical support to various organizational teams

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network challenges

• Configure and deploy end-user technology systems

• Assist with onboarding and off-boarding procedures

Requirements:

• Experience in technical support and IT management

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
