Position: Data & Analytics Associate Manager Life

This permanent, full-time role involves collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet reporting needs. Responsibilities include transforming complex data into actionable insights, designing dashboards, and improving data processes for maximum efficiency. Your expertise will help elevate Canada Life's health and well-being product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with teams to define KPIs and success metrics

• Create and maintain dashboards and standardized reports

• Analyze data trends across health product offerings

• Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency

• Deliver clear, executive-ready data insights

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL

• Experience with Databricks and Python or R

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory pipelines
