Hybrid IT Support Engineer

As a Support Systems Engineer, you will manage on-prem servers and cloud services while providing Tier 1/2 technical assistance to attorneys and staff. Utilize your expertise in Active Directory, Power Shell scripting, and virtualization technologies to enhance service reliability and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor hybrid infrastructure with Windows/Linux servers

• Provide Tier 1/2 support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

• Administer Active Directory and user account management

• Automate tasks and incident remediation using Power Shell

• Assist with provisioning and troubleshooting on VMware/Hyper-V

Requirements:

• 3+ years in systems administration or technical support

• Solid knowledge of Active Directory and networking fundamentals

• Proficient in Power Shell for automation and troubleshooting

• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V technologies
