As Director, you will report to the Chief Security Officer, leading the charge in transforming cyber security into a strategic function. Your leadership directly impacts resilience and governance across Manitoba Hydro’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the evolution of cyber security to a risk-driven function

• Design and implement a multi-year strategy for cyber initiatives

• Develop enterprise-wide cyber risk management processes

• Ensure security standards are met across technology projects

• Lead governance for security architecture and principles

Requirements:

• Ten years of leadership experience in cyber security

• Experience in enterprise architecture and IT security

• Understanding of industry security frameworks

• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP or CISM

• Strong analytical and relational skills
