Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a cohesive Business Intelligence team through mentorship
• Oversee and manage BI projects with precision

• Enhance customer experience through strategic AI implementation
• Ensure compliance with quality and performance standards
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years in Business Intelligence warehousing
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a related discipline
• Strong leadership capabilities for team enhancement
• At least 2 years in P&C Insurance
• Excellent communication for diverse stakeholders
