In this impactful position, you will shape AI-driven testing methodologies while collaborating with various internal teams. Your focus will be on AI configuration and ensuring that generated outputs adhere to quality benchmarks. You will provide hands-on guidance during onboarding and create essential documentation for effective platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop configurations for Test Case Agents based on team needs
• Validate AI-generated test cases for accuracy and quality
• Assist in onboarding and adoption activities for customer teams
• Create user guides and documentation for process clarity
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience with Selenium and Java in automation
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum testing workflows
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and AI platforms
• Proven analytical skills for effective issue management
