Position: Payworks Quality Assurance Analyst Role
Join Payworks’ QA team in Winnipeg as a Quality Assurance Analyst. This hybrid position emphasizes user-focused testing and collaboration to deliver remarkable software products.

In this role, your 1-3 years of manual QA experience will help drive software excellence. You’ll work closely with Agile teams to oversee the testing of payroll and HR products. Using your analytical skills, you will identify trends and ensure products meet acceptance criteria prior to release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis of software requirements for upcoming features

• Execute manual and automated tests in an Agile setting

• Collaborate with developers to address software failures

• Document defect logs and monitor resolution processes

• Engage in monthly outages and release preparations

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology

• 1-3 years of QA testing experience

• Familiarity with test methodologies and analysis

• Strong communication skills for team interaction

• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and testing tools
