As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Manager of Systems and Support. This role demands diagnosing technical issues both remotely and on-site while maintaining detailed IT documentation and asset management. You'll also aid in onboarding processes and the upkeep of our server room, ensuring compliance with privacy standards relevant to healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain reliable access to clinical and administrative systems
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues faced by users
• Configure end-user technology and manage system access
• Support onboarding and off-boarding for staff
• Collaborate with external IT service providers as needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT support or related field
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights
• Strong knowledge of network and system troubleshooting
• Understanding of healthcare privacy and security regulations
