IT Endpoint Management Specialist at SCU

Join SCU as an IT Endpoint Management Specialist and focus on SCCM and Intune solutions. This role is based in Winnipeg or Steinbach and is pivotal for endpoint administration.

You will be integral to the Information Technology team, ensuring smooth operation of Microsoft Configuration Manager and executing software updates for Windows endpoints. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring client health and compliance, while leveraging your expertise in endpoint security and device provisioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Operating System Deployment and upgrades

• Monitor enrollment success and device compliance

• Configure device profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines

• Collaborate with teams to resolve technical endpoint issues

• Contribute to endpoint documentation and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Network Administration or Computer Science

• Experience with in medium-to-large enterprise environments

• Strong knowledge of Windows endpoint management

• Familiarity with Active Directory and Power Shell

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
