Reporting to the Manager of Systems and Support, you will provide essential technical assistance to end-users throughout Klinic, ensuring smooth operation of technology infrastructure.
Your role includes diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues, and managing technology access, documentation, and asset records. Additionally, you will support onboarding processes and assist external IT service providers when required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Provide front-line technical support on-site and remotely
• Configure and deploy end-user technology effectively
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets
• Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of IT systems and support processes
• Knowledge of privacy and security protocols in healthcare
• Flexibility in scheduling for occasional evening or weekend work
• Experience with technical troubleshooting
• Effective communication skills with end-users
