Senior End User Engineer Hybrid

Become a Senior End User Engineer with IGM Tech, responsible for optimizing critical end-user infrastructure in a hybrid work environment from Toronto and Winnipeg. Lead the charge in platform governance and operational improvement.

This full-time role focuses on managing large-scale deployments and enhancing infrastructure services to ensure security, reliability, and compliance across the organization. You will define and uphold platform standards while actively resolving cross-team constraints. Engage in hands-on engineering tasks and collaborate with various tech partners to maintain a stable end-user environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-user workspace management and device security

• Troubleshoot and analyze high-impact technology issues

• Support Microsoft Intune and MDM for compliance

• Engineer enterprise solutions for Apple devices via JAMF

• Define roadmap initiatives for Microsoft 365 platform

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Windows 10/11 environments

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and MDM

• Proven track record in enterprise production environments

• Deep expertise in Citrix environments

• Ability to manage competing demands effectively
