Join Vidir Solutions in Arborg, Manitoba, as a Level 2 Technical Support Specialist. Your primary role will be diagnosing complex issues while mentoring newer team members and improving support procedures.
As a pivotal member of the Technical Support team, you will resolve advanced technical issues while enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication. You will require hands-on troubleshooting experience related to HMI systems, contributing vital insights to product development. The position entails occasional onsite support and fostering the professional growth of junior staff members through mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced technical support through diverse communication methods
• Mentor Technical Support Specialist – 1 team members
• Identify and improve support processes and procedures
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior leadership promptly
• Collaborate on feedback for product functionality improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in customer support or related fields
• Proficient troubleshooting skills with mechanical systems
• Knowledge of ERP systems preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required for travel
