Reporting to the Manager of Systems and Support, this position involves troubleshooting technical issues, deploying end-user technology, and maintaining accurate asset records. You will assist with both onboarding and off-boarding of staff while ensuring high user satisfaction through effective support solutions. Collaboration with external IT groups is essential, as is adherence to healthcare protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage technology uptime across Klinic’s infrastructure
• Provide direct technical support to clinical and outreach teams
• Resolve hardware, software, and network issues effectively
• Configure and deploy user technology solutions
• Assist in conducting onboarding/off-boarding functions
Requirements:
• Experience in IT support roles preferred
• Flexibility for occasional overnight and weekend shifts
• Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities
• Knowledge of relevant privacy and security standards
• Ability to foster effective collaboration with IT teams
