Reporting to the Team Lead of IT Infrastructure and Security, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for various technologies. Supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and device management via Microsoft Intune are key responsibilities. You'll also coordinate onboarding and offboarding and document processes to enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support
• Support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Deploy and configure end-user devices
• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding
• Document processes and knowledge articles
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in IT or Computer Science
• Minimum 2 years in IT Support roles
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
