In the heart of Ryder's operations, you'll ensure application stability and performance.
Your role will involve monitoring systems for continuous improvement and providing hands-on support to users. You’ll address technical incidents and work alongside Infrastructure and Application teams for effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor systems for operational performance improvements
• Provide training and on-site application support
• Analyze and resolve user-reported technical incidents
• Work with teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
• Lead technical meetings for root cause determinations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in business, logistics, or computer science
• At least three years in IT support roles
• Experience with transportation management applications
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and monitoring systems
• Excellent communication and organization skills
Utilize your analytical and technical skills to enhance Ryder’s application environment and support user needs in Winnipeg.
