At CDC Computers, established in 1983, you will be pivotal in addressing software and hardware problems at our new location. This full-time position encourages quick repairs while documenting work in our CRM. You’ll ensure every machine meets our high standards before returning to clients, all while collaborating with a supportive team during busy times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve software and OS-related issues promptly

• Handle hardware replacements like batteries and keyboards

• Maintain clear records of repairs in CRM

• Provide same-day service for urgent requests

• Conduct comprehensive tests before machine returns

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in both software and hardware repairs

• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, Mac, and Linux

• Preferred CompTIA A+ certification

• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving

• Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week
