Drive CRM success at Steinbach Credit Union as a full-time System Administrator. This position offers a chance to enhance system performance while managing user accessibility and data integrity.
In your role as System Administrator for CRM, you will support the growth and functionality of our CRM platform. You'll be responsible for user profile management, backing up system operations, and monitoring data accuracy across the organization. Additionally, you'll provide technical support for various projects and initiatives while enhancing communication within teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage profiles and user access rights
• Review and correct data integration errors
• Oversee system data integrity and history
• Support the Manager with administrative duties
• Maintain current knowledge of IT advancements
Requirements:
• High school diploma, plus relevant education
• 4 to 6 years of experience in similar roles
• Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
