Thomson Reuters is looking for a seasoned Scrum Master with over 6 years of overall experience, including 3 years specifically in Agile team leadership. This role focuses on coaching teams in Scrum and Kanban methods while facilitating key ceremonies and ensuring compliance with Agile standards. Your impact will help to enhance team maturity, predictability, and overall delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile coaching sessions

• Drive release planning and milestone tracking processes

• Manage risks, dependencies, and team capacity assessments

• Lead Scrum of Scrums for cross-functional coordination

• Maintain dashboards and delivery metrics for teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years overall experience; 3 years as Scrum Master

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum

• Proficiency with Azure Dev Ops and Agile reporting tools

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for Agile processes
