Position: Programmer for IT & Systems Support

Clearview Co-op is hiring a Programmer for IT & Systems Support in Steinbach, Manitoba. You’ll enhance our internal applications and provide essential technical support daily.

This full-time role involves coding, troubleshooting, and maintaining our IT systems, ensuring that we serve our community effectively. You'll be responsible for creating SOPs, managing support tickets, and evaluating new technologies to meet business needs. Collaboration and professionalism are key in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and troubleshoot internal applications

• Provide daily technical support for hardware and software

• Track IT requests via the support ticketing system

• Maintain and deploy computer and server assets

• Document technical procedures and system reports

Requirements:

• Proven IT/programming experience necessary

• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Relevant educational background preferred

• Certifications and memberships are a plus
