Position: Cyber Risk Associate Director at RBC
Join RBC as an Associate Director, leading Cyber and IT Risk engagement across Regulatory Examinations. Drive compliance efforts within a proactive team environment.

This role reports to the Director of Technology Strategy and engages directly with global Cyber and Technology Risk teams. As an Associate Director, you will be tasked with ensuring regulatory submissions align with both internal standards and compliance requirements. Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance risk management while tracking regulatory activities and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform review and challenge for regulatory submissions

• Identify improvement areas in regulatory activities

• Draft Second Line of Defense Regulatory Exam requests

• Deliver oversight and challenge for US regulatory work streams

• Ensure traceability of remediation outputs

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Technology or Business

• 7+ years in IT Risk or Internal Audit

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on action-driven outcomes
