Drive finance applications success with Gusto as an IT Applications Support Analyst, focused on billing, O2C, and cash reconciliation support in a hybrid working environment.
In this critical role within Gusto’s Enterprise IT Applications team, you will manage the day-to-day support, configuration, and improvement of essential business applications. Your expertise will ensure reliability in billing systems and facilitate smooth operations by implementing AI and automation strategies. Collaborating with Finance stakeholders will be key to translate business needs into solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert support for billing and cash-reconciliation applications
• Troubleshoot incidents and conduct root-cause analysis
• Manage incident and change life cycles in ITSM tools
• Support month-end billing processes and job monitoring
• Identify solutions for AI-driven process improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 8-12 years in enterprise finance application support
• AI/automation experience for operational streamlining
• Knowledge of Zuora and Net Suite integrations
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis
