Transform the way d-Matrix handles AI infrastructure as the Site Reliability Engineering Lead. This contract-to-permanent position focuses on building a robust SRE function and leading the way in operational excellence.

In this pivotal role, you will establish the SRE discipline at d-Matrix while managing the physical and virtual infrastructure vital for development and customer deployments. Your leadership will focus on creating a team that emphasizes reliability, automation, and operational processes from scratch. Collaborate with various teams to ensure that infrastructure meets the dynamic needs of hardware and software development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end SRE function and team development

• Establish SRE processes including SLIs and on-call management

• Own reliability across cloud and colocated infrastructure

• Design and oversee automation with IaC principles

• Ensure effective communication of infrastructure health to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 15+ years in SRE or infrastructure engineering

• Proven experience leading SRE teams and establishing protocols

• Strong expertise in Linux systems and enterprise storage

• Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible for automation

• Excellent communication and operational strategy skills
