Axon Embedded Technical Account Manager

Become a pivotal part of Axon's mission to Protect Life as an Embedded Technical Account Manager. Based in Manitoba First Nations (hybrid), you will enhance customer relationships and provide technical guidance.

This role positions you as the key technical resource for important customer agencies, aiding them in the effective use of Axon technologies. Through deep collaboration with diverse teams, you will ensure that customer workflows are optimized according to best practices related to Axon Products. Your ability to translate technical requirements into actionable insights will foster strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the day-to-day technical contact for customer agencies

• Build deep expertise in Axon’s ecosystem, focusing on Records

• Conduct customer training and support successful onboarding

• Facilitate adoption and engagement with Axon solutions

• Oversee technical support and escalate when necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role

• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools

• Strong problem-solving skills with technical troubleshooting

• Effective communicator for diverse audience levels
