Position: Experienced SAP Consultant - Employee Central
Join EY as a Senior Technology Operations Analyst with a focus on SAP Success Factors Employee Central. Optimize and support HR processes for impactful business outcomes.

As part of the Application Managed Services (AMS) team, you will enhance the functionality and stability of SAP Success Factors. The role requires expertise in incident management, configuration, and maintaining a solid data integrity across HR systems, making a significant impact on operations efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver ongoing support for Employee Central modules

• Manage incidents, service requests, and problems effectively

• Configure workflows, data models, and business rules

• Facilitate data imports and integrations

• Conduct health checks to ensure data consistency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Technology or equivalent

• 3+ years in SAP Success Factors with Employee Central knowledge

• Experience in AMS or HRIS environments

• Proficiency in configuring business rules and role permissions
