Server Infrastructure Lead at Manitoba Hydro

As a key member reporting to the Infrastructure Technologies Manager, you will manage server infrastructure with a focus on Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Solaris systems.

Your role includes leading a team in managing critical server operations, ensuring compliance and performance optimization, and managing complex IT projects while promoting industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Windows Server and Unix management sections

• Supervise large enterprise-wide IT projects and upgrades

• Enable automation using Ansible and System Center

• Ensure 24x7x365 support for critical systems

• Develop server infrastructure technology roadmaps
Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science plus 6 years' experience

• Leadership experience in server infrastructure

• Knowledge of IT service delivery models

• Understanding of NERC CIP standards

• Ability to lead and organize IT teams
