Position: Technical Support Representative for Airbus H135
Location: Portage la Prairie

Support Airbus customers as a Technical Support Representative in Portage la Prairie, MB, specializing in the H135 platform. This 13-month contract role focuses on real-time technical expertise and customer satisfaction.

As the dedicated on-site liaison between Airbus Helicopters Canada and a strategic government customer, you will ensure mission readiness and provide critical support. Collaborate with maintenance technicians and leadership to translate field insights into actionable results. With 10+ years of experience on Airbus Helicopter products, you're equipped to foster relationships and improve customer service through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the onsite technical support for the H135 customer

• Communicate via phone, email, or database for technical requests

• Troubleshoot issues and assist with documentation and repairs

• Report customer issues accurately in the Airbus WEBTEK database

• Prepare timely reports on incidents for management decisions

Requirements:

• AME M1 and/or M2 License required

• College Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or related field

• Experience with the AIRBUS H135 platform

• 10 or more years in technical/aircraft maintenance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
