Compucom Staffing seeks an IMAC Technician with at least 3 years of enterprise experience in desktop deployment and IMAC activities.
Your role will encompass installing and configuring Windows devices, hardware refreshes, and troubleshooting a variety of issues related to peripherals and software. The position also involves user onboarding and maintaining asset management records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) operations
• Deploy, image, and configure Windows devices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Document tasks and update ITSM system tickets
• Coordinates with teams for project deployments
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of IMAC and desktop support experience
• Proficient in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of ITSM systems like Service Now
• Experience with hardware refresh projects
• Strong customer service skills
Deliver excellent technical support while managing multiple IMAC tasks effectively.
