Position: Team Lead for IMAC at Compucom
Lead IMAC operations at Compucom Staffing in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This onsite position focuses on desktop deployments, hardware refreshes, and technical support while overseeing a dynamic team.

As an IMAC Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities of technicians and managing large-scale device deployments. Your expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting, along with asset management, is crucial to ensure efficient project delivery across various departments. You will also provide technical guidance and support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities of IMAC technicians

• Schedule installations and change requests

• Oversee PC refresh and deployment projects

• Manage workstation imaging and software distributions

• Maintain accurate asset tracking and inventory management

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years in desktop support or IMAC

• Experience in large-scale Windows device deployments

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and SCCM/MECM

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams
