Our client is currently seeking a qualified IMAC Technician to join their team onsite in Winnipeg, MB.

• Perform Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) activities for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals
• Deploy, image, configure, and replace Windows devices following established standards
• Complete hardware refreshes, workstation upgrades, and user migrations
• Install and configure operating systems, software, and business applications
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, network, and peripheral issues
• Perform user onboarding and offboarding, including workstation setup and equipment recovery
• Maintain accurate asset management and inventory records
• Document work performed and update tickets within the ITSM system
• Coordinate deployments and scheduled moves with project teams and end users
• Escalate complex technical issues when required while ensuring timely follow-up
• Perform post-deployment validation and ensure equipment is fully operational
• Deliver professional onsite technical support while maintaining high customer satisfaction

• Minimum 3+ years of enterprise IMAC, desktop deployment, or deskside support experience
• Experience imaging, deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows desktops and laptops in a large enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, hardware deployments, asset management, and ITSM ticketing systems (Service Now, Remedy, etc.)
• Healthcare or public sector IT experience preferred
• Experience supporting large-scale hardware refresh and deployment projects preferred
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred
• Windows 10/11 knowledge (preferred)
• SCCM / MECM / Intune knowledge (preferred)
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications (preferred)
• Desktop and Laptop Imaging knowledge
• Dell, Client, Lenovo devices knowledge (preferred)
• Knowledge of Printers and peripherals
• Knowledge of Basic TCP/IP and Network Troubleshooting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple deployment tasks simultaneously
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Team player, ability to also work independently
• Flexible and adaptable to changing project priorities
