You:

You combine enterprise transformation leadership with Microsoft platform expertise, process improvement, governance, change management, and executive facilitation.

Critical experience requirements include:

  • At least 10 years leading digital transformation or business-process modernization initiatives in complex organizations
  • Strong experience with process mapping, workflow optimization, automation-opportunity assessments, and value-realization planning
  • Five or more years of enterprise automation experience
  • Experience establishing or maturing a Digital Enablement, Automation, Low-Code, Innovation, or Centre of Excellence practice
  • Experience designing enterprise governance for digital solutions, automation, citizen development, Copilot, or AI-enabled technologies
  • Expert knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, and Copilot Agents
  • Experience developing enterprise standards, reference architectures, guardrails, and best practices for secure, scalable, maintainable, and supportable solutions
  • Experience establishing intake, assessment, prioritization, and portfolio-management processes for digital solutions
  • Experience implementing citizen-developer programs and governance models
  • Experience developing communities of practice, training programs, adoption strategies, and knowledge-transfer plans
  • Demonstrated ability to engage diverse business and technical groups, facilitate executive workshops, build consensus, and influence senior leadership
  • Strong change-management capabilities, including stakeholder readiness, adoption, issue resolution, and organizational capability building
  • Excellent analytical, facilitation, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and priorities concurrently

Nice to have:

  • Higher-education, public-sector, or large decentralized organization experience
  • Experience working with Privacy and Information Security Officers
  • Experience in multi-union environments
  • Relevant degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Copilot for Microsoft 365, or equivalent certification
  • CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMI-PBA, PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable certification
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Visio

Compensation:
