Key Responsibilities:

• Own and resolve a variety of client tickets

• Provide advanced Windows Server and Active Directory support

• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure tenant functionalities

• Troubleshoot connectivity and application issues

• Maintain documentation and help onboard new staff

Requirements:

• 2+ years of IT support experience

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and networking concepts

• Excellent written communication skills

• Ability to work full-time from the Winnipeg office
