Position: Lead Incident Management Life

You will report to the Manager of Incident and Major incidents, implementing best practices for incident management while working with technical and business teams. Your solid experience in high-pressure environments will aid in resolving incidents swiftly and effectively. Exceptional communication skills will support critical interactions with stakeholders across Canada Life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Major Incident procedures and teams

• Drive collaborative recovery actions with various teams

• Manage incident communications across all levels

• Lead post-incident reviews for continuous improvement

• Spot trends and address chronic issues effectively

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in computer science or business

• Minimum 8 years of major incident management experience

• Strong knowledge of ITIL and various technologies

• Crisis management skills under high stress

• Proficiency in Service Now is a plus
