As part of the Bell MTS family, Epic seeks a Consultant with a knack for resolving IT issues for businesses in Manitoba. You'll oversee system planning, implementation, and maintenance while ensuring data integrity and security. Your ability to lead technical initiatives will directly impact client satisfaction and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address end-user IT support issues via multiple channels
• Log and resolve incidents in the service desk system
• Document service events, creating reports for audits
• Execute infrastructure maintenance and monitor resources
• Spearhead hardware/software lifecycle management
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in an industry role, ideally Managed Services
• Professional certification like ITIL, CCNA
• Proficient in configuration management tools and Virtualization
• Experience with firewall configurations and networking
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written skills
