Key Responsibilities:

• Establish Digital Enablement strategies and governance frameworks

• Document operating models for the Digital Enablement function

• Create best practices and training plans for self-service innovation

• Engage with senior executives to resolve issues and build consensus

• Conduct assessments for automation and digital capability improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering

• 5+ years of enterprise automation experience

• Certification in project management or business analysis

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Digital Platform

• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
