Key Responsibilities
Participate in design sprints, workshops, and collaborative working sessions.
Work with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, business analysts, developers, and product teams to define and refine user experiences.
Translate complex business discussions into practical design outputs.
Create user flows, workflow maps, wireframes, information architecture artifacts, and interactive prototypes.
Refine concepts and design artifacts between workshop sessions.
Support usability testing and validation activities.
Prepare materials and assets for upcoming design sessions.
Advance designs toward implementation.
Assist with accessibility reviews and inclusive design initiatives.
Support design system improvements and UX reviews.
Provide implementation support and contribute to other UX priorities as required.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional UX design experience.
Strong experience creating user flows, wireframes, workflows, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Experience participating in design sprints, workshops, and collaborative working sessions.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, business analysts, developers, and product teams.
Demonstrated experience designing complex enterprise workflows or internal business applications.
Ability to translate ambiguous business discussions into clear, actionable design deliverables.

Experience with in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries.
Experience in lending, banking, insurance, agriculture, or similar sectors.
Experience designing internal operational tools and workflow-intensive applications.
Experience with enterprise software and service design.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+).
Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
Experience supporting workshops, collaborative working sessions, and design sprint initiatives.
