Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve a diverse range of IT tickets

• Deliver remote and on-site support for key systems

• Handle Microsoft 365 and Azure user administration

• Identify and troubleshoot root causes of issues

• Create documentation for continuous improvement of processes

Requirements:

• 2+ years in IT support, preferably with MSP experience

• Strong foundation in Windows Server and Active Directory

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration

• Excellent writing skills for client communication

• Availability to work full-time at our Winnipeg office
