Join Woodbine Entertainment as a Support Platform Engineer, where you'll provide critical troubleshooting and maintenance for a leading entertainment provider's IT systems. This contract role highlights database optimization and development.
In this 9-month position, your primary duties will include supporting applications, reviewing ETL workflows, and enhancing system reliability. You will design processes that support efficiency and improve user experience while applying your knowledge of database management and operating systems. Engage with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and promote process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and maintain existing IT systems and applications
• Develop and optimize ETL workflows and alerts
• Conduct regular system performance analyses
• Document changes and create procedures for IT operations
• Coordinate with teams to provide user support
Requirements:
• A degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• Prior experience in application/database support
• Proficiency in MS SQL and Python programming
