Drive customer success as a Digital Engagement Specialist at Toromont Cat in Winnipeg. Ensure effective use of digital tools and enhance customer relationships within the organization.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for implementing strategies that promote the adoption of Toromont Cat's digital tools. Collaborating closely with sales teams, you will develop growth plans and support customer onboarding to ensure they fully leverage the technology available to them. Your expertise will also guide training efforts to enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote Toromont's digital solutions to customers and partners
• Create digital growth plans for enhanced customer engagement
• Support equipment delivery with onboarding and training
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend enhancements
• Deliver best practice training on digital tools
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3 to 6 years in digital technology or sales support
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects
