Contribute as a Senior Analyst in Enterprise Systems at GWLRA, focusing on improving technology solutions for real estate. Collaborate on diverse projects during a maternity leave coverage.
This role provides the opportunity to engage with various teams, including Canada Life Technology Services and external vendors. Your skills will be instrumental in analyzing issues, driving system improvements, and ensuring efficient operations. You'll also play a key role in organizational processes and maintain operational consistency across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the analysis for real estate systems solutions
• Collaborate with vendors for effective issue resolution
• Provide status updates on ongoing issues
• Test and assess enhancements for the systems
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures updates
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or similar experience
• Strong skills in Excel and Power BI essential
• Understanding of Service Now is advantageous
• Knowledge of Yardi or equivalent ERP preferred
• Bilingual (French/English) is a valuable asset
